يتابع المجلس بقلق شديد استمرار المطالبات المهنية والاحتجاجات المرتبطة بالعدالة والمساواة في الأجور والمرتبات، ولا سيما في قطاعي التعليم والصحة.
ويؤكد المجلس أن معالجة اختلالات منظومة الأجور مسؤولية وطنية تتطلب معايير عادلة وشفافة، تراعي طبيعة العمل والمؤهلات والخبرة والمسؤولية وظروفه.
ويدعو مجلس الوزراء والسلطة التشريعية إلى التدخل العاجل وفتح حوار مؤسسي جاد، ووضع حلول شاملة قبل تفاقم الأزمة واتساع نطاقها إلى قطاعات ومؤسسات أخرى.
ويحذر المجلس من أن استمرار الأزمة قد يهدد انتظام المرافق العامة ويؤثر في الخدمات الأساسية والحياة العامة، مؤكدًا ضرورة تحقيق التوازن بين حقوق العاملين واستمرارية الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين.

Statement of the National Council for Civil Liberties and Human Rights on Justice and Equality in the Wage and Salary System

The National Council for Civil Liberties and Human Rights is closely following, with serious concern, the continuing professional demands and protests related to justice and equality in wages and salaries, particularly in the education and health sectors.

The Council affirms that addressing imbalances in the wage system is a national responsibility that requires fair and transparent criteria, taking into account the nature of the work, qualifications, experience, level of responsibility, and working conditions.

The Council calls upon the Council of Ministers and the legislative authority to take urgent action, engage in serious institutional dialogue, and develop comprehensive solutions before the crisis escalates and expands to other sectors and state institutions.

The Council warns that the continuation of the crisis may undermine the regular functioning of public institutions and affect essential services and public life, stressing the need to strike a balance between the rights of workers and the continuity of essential services provided to citizens.
