يُشيد ويثمن ويرحب المجلس الوطني للحريات وحقوق الإنسان بتنفيذ المستشار النائب العام مساء هذا اليوم الإثنين لقرار العفو الصادر عن المجلس الأعلى للقضاء، ويعدّه خطوة إيجابية منسجمة مع مبادئ العدالة الجنائية وسيادة القانون والالتزامات الدولية ذات الصلة بحقوق الإنسان.
ويؤكد المجلس أن قرارات العفو، عند تنفيذها في إطار الضمانات القانونية والإجرائية الواجبة، تسهم في تعزيز مبادئ العدالة والإنصاف وتدعم نهج العدالة التصالحية وإعادة الإدماج المجتمعي، بما يحقق التوازن بين متطلبات العدالة وحماية الحقوق والحريات الأساسية.
كما يشدد المجلس في ختام بيانه على أهمية ترسيخ الضمانات القضائية واحترام معايير المحاكمة العادلة بما يعزز الثقة في مؤسسات العدالة ، ويُشيد في هذا السياق بجهود جهاز الشرطة القضائية ومؤسسات الإصلاح والتأهيل في سرعة تنفيذ قرار العفو بما يعكس التنسيق المؤسسي والالتزام بالواجبات القانونية والإنسانية.

The National Council for Liberties and Human Rights commends the implementation by the Attorney General of the pardon decision issued by the Supreme Judicial Council, considering it a positive step that supports the path of justice and fairness and enhances respect for and protection of human rights and the rule of law.
The National Council for Liberties and Human Rights welcomes, commends, and highly appreciates the implementation by the Attorney General this Monday evening of the pardon decision issued by the Supreme Judicial Council. The Council considers this a positive measure consistent with the principles of criminal justice, the rule of law, and relevant international human rights obligations.
The Council affirms that pardon decisions, when implemented within the required legal and procedural safeguards, contribute to strengthening the principles of justice and fairness, and support restorative justice approaches and social reintegration, thereby achieving a balance between the requirements of justice and the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms.
The Council further emphasizes, in conclusion, the importance of consolidating judicial guarantees and respecting fair trial standards, in a manner that enhances confidence in justice institutions. In this context, it commends the efforts of the Judicial Police and the Correction and Rehabilitation Institutions for the swift implementation of the pardon decision, reflecting institutional coordination and commitment to legal and humanitarian obligations.
