المجلس الوطني للحريات وحقوق الإنسان يشارك في الاجتماع التشاوري الثالث حول سياسة الجوار الأوروبية

شارك المجلس الوطني للحريات وحقوق الإنسان في الاجتماع التشاوري الثالث حول سياسة الجوار الأوروبية مع دول الجوار الجنوبي (برنامج الجنوب السادس)، والذي نظمته إدارة الشؤون الأوروبية بوزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي، صباح اليوم الأربعاء بمشاركة ممثلين عن عدد من المؤسسات والجهات الوطنية ذات العلاقة.
ومثّل المجلس في هذا الاجتماع مدير إدارة التعاون الدولي الأستاذ “سالم الطيب”، وضم الاجتماع الذي كان برئاسة إدارة الشؤون الأوروبية ممثلي عن مركز البحوث الجنائية بمكتب النائب العام، ومكتب حقوق الإنسان بوزارة الداخلية، إلى جانب أعضاء اللجنة الوطنية المُشكّلة بقرار من رئاسة المجلس لإعداد مشروع قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية، والتي تضم في عضويتها عدداً من الجهات المعنية، من بينها الهيئة الوطنية لأمن وسلامة المعلومات، والهيئة العامة للمعلومات، ومكتب المدعي العام العسكري.
وتركزت المناقشات على استعراض الخطوات المتخذة لدعم مسارات الإصلاح القانوني والمؤسسي، وبناء القدرات الوطنية في مجالات حقوق الإنسان وسيادة القانون، إضافة إلى حماية البيانات الشخصية ومكافحة الاتجار بالبشر.
كما تناول الاجتماع ملامح المرحلة المقبلة من التعاون ضمن برنامج الجنوب السادس للفترة (2026–2028)، مع التأكيد على أهمية تحديد أولويات جديدة تتماشى مع السياق الوطني، بما يعزز استمرارية العمل المشترك ويدعم جهود تطوير المنظومة الحقوقية والمؤسسية في ليبيا.
The National Council for Civil Liberties and Human Rights Participates in the Third Consultative Meeting on the European Neighbourhood Policy

The National Council for Civil Liberties and Human Rights participated in the third consultative meeting on the European Neighbourhood Policy with Southern Neighbourhood countries (South Programme VI), organized by the Department of European Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, on Wednesday morning, with the participation of representatives from a number of relevant national institutions and entities.
The Council was represented at the meeting by the Director of the International Cooperation Department, Mr. Salem Al-Tayeb. The meeting, chaired by the Department of European Affairs, also included representatives from the Criminal Research Center at the Office of the Attorney General, the Human Rights Office at the Ministry of Interior, as well as members of the national committee established by a decision of the Council’s Presidency to prepare a draft law on personal data protection. This committee includes several concerned entities, such as the National Information Security and Safety Authority, the General Information Authority, and the Office of the Military Prosecutor.
Discussions focused on reviewing the steps taken to support legal and institutional reform processes, and to strengthen national capacities in the fields of human rights and the rule of law, in addition to personal data protection and combating human trafficking.
The meeting also addressed the outlines of the upcoming phase of cooperation under the South Programme VI for the period (2026–2028), emphasizing the importance of identifying new priorities aligned with the national context, in a way that enhances the continuity of joint efforts and supports the development of the human rights and institutional framework in Libya.
